This is not the the first time that I modify a gtk theme to fit my needs but this is maybe the first time I’m really happy with it 
So I decided to release it. Maybe I won’t be alone to like it !
Elegant Cold Blue is a mod of Elegant Brit by fmrbpensador (AKA What is in a name? on ubuntuforums.org) who I thank a lot for all his awesome work.
This mod had a bit darker background color and all orange turned to a cold blue. It is also macmenu (and globalmenu) ready.
I also made an emerald theme (window decorations) that complete the theme.
Install by extracting to your ~/.themes directory or drag and drop the tarball to the theme manager.
Note : you may want to set Panel/menubar-black.png as panel background using panel properties dialog.

Le dock c’est AWN (avant-window-navigator) et les widgets sont des screenlets, sauf les infos système en bas a droite, c’est conky.

If you want the exact same look, you’ll need to have the global menu (see my previous article about that).
Then just install the gtk theme by extracting it in your ~/.themes directory and import the emerald theme in emerald.
Or you can wait the future (very soon) release of this theme for metacity annd gtk without macmenu/global menu.

@Don Fenice : je ne suis pas sur pour netvibes que il y ait un screenlet compatible.
La plupart des screenlets sont dispos sur gnome-look.org
